FAQ
RETURN POLICY: We are a small business and our general policy is store credit only for items returned within 15 days of receipt. We do however understand that for our clients who aren't located nearby a store credit may not be convenient and we are willing to be flexible within reason. Please contact us directly with your concerns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for a Return Authorization at info@permanentvacationshop.com subject RETURN, call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 and we will provide a shipping label.
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another size of the same item, send us an email at info@permanentvacationshop.com, call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 for a Return Authorization. We will need to receive your item to process your return and then purchase the correct item using your store credit.
- Credits
If you wish return your purchase for any reason, send us an email at info@permanentvacationshop.com, call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 for a Return Authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your store credit will be processed at that time and a credit will be applied to a gift card and emailed or texted to your provided contact info.
- Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, sale items are final sale.
- Gifts
To Return or Exchange a gift please contact us at info@permanentvacationshop.com and put GIFT RETURN in subject line of email or call 310.208.8500 or text 323.746.8469 to get a Return Authorization. Once we receive your item you’ll receive a store credit for the purchase value of your return if the item was purchased within three months of return. For items purchased more than three months ago credit may be adjusted to current value of item.
ECOMM: The inventory online is the same as what we carry in the shop. We are primarily an in person shopping experience so come see us if you can! You can always call or text us also if there's something you are looking for that you don't see. We can ship anywhere in the USA or messenger in the LA area.
STYLING: Want us to send you a box? Get the PV look in the comfort of your home. Keep what you love, send the rest back. We are happy to text you photos for specific items or designers. We also love working with personal shoppers and studio services!
GIFT CARDS: Interested in a gift card? We've got you. Get your gifts card here. Purchased Gift Cards never expire. Gift Cards cannot be returned.
PRIVACY POLICY: We value your friendship and we will not sell or rent your information to anyone.
